If you find yourself out on Kalwar Road in Jaipur, you might see our place at 45, Kardhani Enclave. We are based in the Gokulpura area, which has really grown lately. Upasana Colonisers & Resorts Pvt. Ltd has its roots right here. We work on different land colonies and some resort projects, which means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and planning out how a piece of ground is going to look once houses go up. It’s a local operation, so we know the Jaipur lanes and the way things work around here pretty well. The office isn't very large, just enough space for the desks and some chairs for visitors who come to talk about property. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other days the phone won't stop ringing because someone wants to know about a specific plot of land. We keep some water and tea ready for whoever drops in. Kalwar Road is busy these days, and there's always something new being built. Being colonizers means we see the transformation of empty fields into neighborhoods firsthand. It's a lot of practical work, checking boundaries, and making sure the layouts make sense for families. We aren't trying to do anything flashy, just the day-to-day job of organizing these spaces. It’s home for us, and we like being part of how this side of Jaipur is coming together.
