Our workspace is at 1889 Ratnam Villa, located in the Uchha Khuwan area along Haldion Ka Rasta. It’s a traditional kind of neighborhood with narrow lanes and a lot of history. The villa itself is an old building, and our room is filled with fabrics, sketches, and various tools we use for our work. There are bits of thread and paper all over the floor by the end of the day. We have a couple of large tables where we spread out our projects to see how they are coming along. It’s not a corporate office at all; it feels more like a workshop or a home studio. The light coming through the windows is quite good in the mornings, which helps when we are looking at colors. We often have some music playing or just the sound of the neighborhood coming in from the street. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who like making things. We don't have a formal waiting area, so visitors usually just pull up a stool near one of the workbenches. The walls are a bit stained and the ceiling is high, giving us plenty of room to think. It’s a quiet, creative spot tucked away from the main rush of the city. We spend a lot of time just experimenting with different ideas to see what works best. Sometimes the tea gets cold because we are busy with a task.
