We have been here for a while now, and we have seen how much this part of the city has grown. Our business is pretty straightforward. We run a hotel, and that involves a lot of daily chores that people don't often see. From managing the laundry to making sure the kitchen is stocked, there is always something to do at Plot No. 20. We are a private limited company, but we operate more like a local family business. We do not have any big corporate offices or a team of people writing fancy reports. It is just us, the staff and the owners, staying on top of things. Ajmer Road is a busy place, so we get a lot of people passing through. We try to keep things simple and functional. The building isn't brand new, and sometimes we have to fix a door or a light, but we do it ourselves. We do not use any marketing speak or try to pretend we are something we are not.
