Tummygrid Groceries Private Limited is actually run out of a duplex, No.A-4 on Plot 96 and 97 in Maharana Nagar Phase-II. It’s a bit of an unusual setup because it feels more like a house than a big company headquarters. We have shelves lined up in the rooms and boxes stacked in the hallway. It’s a bit tight, especially when we get a large delivery of groceries, but it works for us. We started this because we wanted to serve the local neighborhood here in Phase-II. It’s a growing area, and we like being right in the middle of it. We spend our days taking orders and packing bags. Sometimes we get the addresses mixed up or a bag breaks, but we always fix it. It’s just a few of us working here, so we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to carrying heavy boxes of rice. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a big marketing department. We just use our own cars or bikes to get things moved around. The neighborhood is quiet, and our neighbors are used to seeing us hauling crates in and out of the duplex. It’s a practical way to run a grocery business without all the overhead of a big supermarket. We just keep it simple and try to be helpful to the people living nearby.
