Tiracol Hospitality is based in Jaipur, over in Jawahar Nagar. The specific address is 4-TA-7. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets. We run our hospitality operations from this house. It’s not a big hotel building itself, just our headquarters where we do the planning. We spend our days talking to vendors and managing different properties we are involved with. Jaipur is a fast-growing city, and there’s always a new project or something that needs attention. Our office is pretty basic. We have a couple of tables, some chairs, and a lot of folders. We don’t go for any of those modern office designs. It’s just a place to get work done. We usually start early before it gets too hot. A lot of our work involves making sure the staff at various locations are doing their jobs right. We aren't big on meetings or long emails. We prefer to just pick up the phone and settle things. Hospitality is a tough business because people always want things to be perfect, but in reality, things break or people don’t show up. We just deal with those problems as they come. There’s no secret to it, just staying organized and showing up every day.
