Parivesh Boutique

Parivesh Boutique is sitting at C-120 on Sunder Marg in Tilak Nagar. It’s a nice enough street, mostly quiet compared to the main roads nearby. Our shop is where we keep all the fabrics and the clothes we’ve been working on lately. It’s not a massive showroom. It’s more of a place where things actually get done. We have a couple of tables where we cut the cloth and a few racks for the finished pieces. The light comes in through the front window in the afternoon, which helps us see the colors better. We spend a lot of time picking out threads and fixing little things that aren't quite right. The neighborhood people often pop their heads in to say hello or ask how things are going. We’ve got some plants outside the door that we try to keep alive, though the heat makes it tough. The floor is just simple cement, and we have a small stool for when we get a chance to sit down. Most days are spent looking for specific patterns or talking to the people who supply our materials. It’s a simple life running a boutique on Sunder Marg. We aren't trying to be famous or anything like that. We just like working with our hands and keeping the shop open for whoever needs something new to wear. It keeps us busy from morning till evening.
