Kaia Holidays Jaipur is over at No. 211 Silver Square, which is right next to the Rajmandir Cinema Hall. Being near such a famous movie theater means there are always crowds and a lot of energy outside our door. Inside the office, it’s usually a bit of a scramble. We have brochures, printouts of hotel bookings, and train schedules scattered across the desks. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or on the computer, trying to sort out itineraries for people who want to go on a trip. It’s not always easy because flights get delayed or hotels get overbooked, and I’m the one who has to figure it out. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us working together to manage everything. People often stop in after seeing a movie at Rajmandir just to ask about a quick getaway. I try to keep up with all the changes in travel rules, but it feels like there is always something new to learn. The office isn't very large, so when a few families come in at once, it gets pretty loud. I like the bustle of Silver Square, though. It’s a tournament of constant phone calls and planning. We just do our best to get people where they need to go without too much trouble. It’s a lot of paperwork, but it’s what we do here.
