Boutique Executive Search Firm

Our office is located at B-506 in the Trimurti Apartments on Trimurti Marg in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. Rajasthan is a hot place, so being inside the apartment building is a relief most days. We are a boutique executive search firm and our space reflects that—it’s small, quiet, and tucked away on the fifth floor. We have a view of the other buildings in Malviya Nagar and you can hear the sounds of the city drifting up, but it’s mostly peaceful. Inside, we have a few desks and some filing cabinets that are starting to get a bit full. We spend most of our time talking to people on the phone or sending out emails. There isn't a lot of foot traffic coming into the office since we do most of our work remotely, but we still like having a physical base here in 302017. The apartment has a small balcony where we sometimes go to take a break or just stand for a minute when the work gets a bit much. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We know the neighborhood well and usually go to the same small shops for our stationary or snacks. It’s a very simple setup without any of the fancy stuff you might find in a big city firm, but it works perfectly for what we do.
