We run Tibbi Krishi Fed Producer Company Limited from Bhuranpura village. You can find us at Ward Number 14. Bhup Singh, who is Ram Pratap’s son, is the one who handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff here. We are located in Tehsil Tibbi, specifically the 11 Rwd area. It’s a small community and everyone knows everyone else. We don’t have a fancy office building, just a place to meet and talk about the crops. Most of the people involved are local farmers who just want to get a fair deal. We spend a lot of time talking about the water levels and how the season is looking. It’s not always easy work, especially when the rains don’t come on time. We keep things simple here. There’s no need for big speeches or polished presentations. We just sit together, maybe have some chai, and figure out how to manage the agricultural business. Sometimes the ledger books get a bit messy, but the math adds up in the end. Being out in the rural part of Tibbi means we are close to the actual land. We see what’s happening in the fields every day. It’s a practical life.
