We operate out of 478 Hanuman Ji Ka Rasta in the Tripoliya Bazar area. It's an old part of the city, and our building has been here for a long time. We deal with various items, mostly trading and moving goods around. The streets here are very narrow, so getting shipments in and out can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have to time everything right so the carts and bikes can actually get through. Inside, it's mostly stacks of boxes and paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists to make sure things are going where they are supposed to. It’s not a retail shop where people come to browse, it’s more about the back-and-forth of business. The walls are thick and stay cool in the summer, which is nice because the bazar outside gets very hot and loud. We’ve been in this location for years, and we know all the other traders on the lane. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or fancy presentations. Most of our work comes from long-standing contacts and people we've known for decades. It's a bit old-fashioned, but it's how things work in Tripoliya Bazar. We just keep our heads down and handle the logistics of the orders as they come in. There’s always some tea being passed around while we discuss the day’s work.
