We drink a lot of water and try to stay productive despite the temperature. Most of us have been working together for years. We know each other's habits and how we like our tea. It is a very down-to-earth environment. We focus on the engineering problems and leave the fancy talk to other people. The desks are large because we need the space for our drawings. It is a quiet place where we just get things done.
