Tele Caller, Receptionist

We are set up at 5Ja30 in the Shastri Nagar Housing Board area of Jaipur. It is a bit of a crowded neighborhood but we like being here. Our days are mostly filled with the sound of phones ringing. Being a Tele Caller and Receptionist spot, there is always someone talking or waiting to be heard. The office is tucked away in the housing board blocks. It’s a very local vibe. We have a small desk near the front where people come in. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside in Jaipur, but we just keep going. We don’t use any fancy systems, just the basics that work for us. There is always a list of numbers to call or a visitor to greet. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. It’s just a place of work. We have a couple of chairs for guests and a water cooler in the corner. We know the other folks living and working in Shastri Nagar quite well. It’s a community. We don't have any polished scripts to read. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors. That’s how we handle the calls and the front desk duties. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the evening. We just keep things moving along at 5Ja30.
