Our main office is tucked away in Lalkothi at the Lalkothi Scheme C-103. It is a bit different from a regular shop because we don't have walk-in customers all the time. This is where most of the heavy administrative stuff happens for A C Baxi & Co. If you walk in, you’ll see a few desks, plenty of files, and people on the phone quite a bit. The neighborhood is mostly residential and offices, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We spend our days dealing with various bits of paperwork and coordinating things that need to happen elsewhere. It’s just how things go in a head office. There is always someone checking a ledger or typing out a report. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished reception area. We just come in, do the work that keeps the company moving, and head home. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams, which makes things a bit slow, but we just deal with it and move on.
