You can find us at Sahara House on Ajmer Road, right in the Civil Lines area. It is House No. 11. Living and working in Jaipur is great, though the heat can be a bit much in the summer months. Our office is a bit of a hub for people looking to find their next step. We have got a mix of people working here, some who have been in the job game for decades and some younger folks just starting out. We do not have a polished speech about what we do. Basically, we look at what a company needs and try to find a person who can actually do that job. It sounds simple but it takes a lot of time. Ajmer Road is usually packed, so we hear the honking all day long. It is just part of the background noise now. We keep things pretty relaxed in the office. There is usually a pot of tea going and someone is always talking on the phone. We do not go for the corporate look. We would rather just be ourselves and talk to people like they are human beings, not just another number on a list. Civil Lines is a nice part of town, very central. It makes it easy for candidates to drop by for a quick chat. We have seen a lot of people come through these doors and move on to good things. That is the best part of being here.
