Tawri Architect

We have been working out of Neel Kanth on Bhawani Singh Road for a while now. Most days here start with a lot of coffee and looking at blueprints that usually have some tea stains on them by noon. Our office is in room 304, and if you come by, you’ll probably see piles of sketches everywhere. It isn’t the tidiest place, but that is how we work. Being architects means we spend a lot of time arguing about where a wall should go or if a window is too small. People walk in and out of the building all day, and the traffic outside on Bhawani Singh Road never really stops. We deal with all sorts of projects, from small house repairs to bigger things, though we don't make a big fuss about it. The weather gets hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always humming in the background while we try to figure out measurements. It’s a lot of sitting and drawing, then going out to dusty sites to see if things are actually getting built right. Sometimes the plans change at the last minute and we have to start over, which is frustrating but that’s just the job. We know the neighbors in the building pretty well by now. It is just a regular office where we try to get the drawings done on time without too many mistakes. If you are looking for us, just head up to the third floor.
