Sunnysands Holiday Resorts Llp is based at Matra Chhaya in Sumel, right along the Agra Road in Jaipur. The 302031 area is a bit further out, so it’s a bit quieter than the city center. We like it that way. The office is part of the Matra Chhaya building. It’s not a corporate office park or anything like that. It feels like a regular house most of the time. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for when people visit. Most of our work involves planning and managing resort details. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone with different vendors. Agra Road is always busy with trucks, so there’s a lot of movement outside our windows. We started this because we wanted to do something on our own. It’s been a learning process for all of us. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to order enough stationery or missing a call, but we fix it. We don't have a fancy dress code. You’ll usually see us in jeans and shirts. We do our own cleaning and make our own tea in the little kitchen in the back. It’s a very hands-on operation. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to run a decent business and provide for ourselves. Being in Sumel gives us a bit of space to breathe. We’ve been here for several years now and have no plans to move into the crowded city.
