Subh Handicraft Private Limited is located out at 324/414 in Gram Palwas, specifically in the Patwar Akoda area of Sambhar Tehsil, which is a bit of a drive from Jaipur city. Being out in the countryside like this means we are close to where the actual craft work happens. It is a quiet area surrounded by fields and open space. Our building is a simple structure where we gather all the handicraft items before they are sent off. The pace here is quite different from the city center; it’s more relaxed but the work still gets done. We spend a lot of time talking to the local artisans and making sure the items are ready for the market. It can be a challenge managing the logistics from a more rural location like Gram Palwas, but we have our systems in place. The office is just a couple of rooms with some tables and chairs, nothing fancy at all. We don't really have a sales pitch or a corporate strategy written down on the walls. We just know that people like the work we handle, and that is enough for us. Sometimes it gets a bit lonely out here away from the hustle, but the peace helps us focus on the quality of the handicrafts. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come, whether it is checking stock or organizing transport.
