Our branch is located at number 1, Jln Link Road, near the Gopalpura Byepass and the Institute of Poun Planner. Sterling And Wilson Pvt Ltd. handles a lot of big stuff, but here at this office, it feels much more local. We deal with a lot of engineering and project management tasks on a daily basis. There are always blueprints lying around and people coming in from site visits with mud on their shoes. It’s a working office, not a showpiece. We have people who’ve been in the field for decades and others who are just starting out. The phone rings a lot and there’s always some kind of coordination needed between the different departments. We don't have time for a lot of fluff or corporate talk. We just focus on the technical details and making sure the projects stay on track. The location is pretty convenient for getting around the city, though the byepass can be a nightmare during rush hour. We just take it day by day. It’s a lot of coordination and checking and re-checking figures. We’re just a bunch of professionals trying to get the job done right. It’s hard work, but we’re used to the pace of this industry and the demands that come with it. We just keep things moving as best as we possibly can here in the office.
