Stanford Hr Consultancy has a bit of an unusual situation with our name and where we are. While the name mentions Dubai and Naif Road, we are actually operating out of Badusar village in the Laxmangarh tehsil of Sikar, Rajasthan. It’s a long way from the big city lights. Our office is right here in the village. It’s a dusty, quiet place most of the time, very different from a typical HR office in a metro area. We don't have air conditioning in every room, and the furniture is just basic stuff we’ve gathered over time. It’s a very honest way to work. People from the village and nearby areas know where to find us. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because out here, that doesn't mean much. We just talk to people plainly and try to help them out. The heat in Sikar during the summer is something else, so we tend to start early before it gets too hot. Our building is just a regular structure in the village, nothing that stands out. It feels right to be here, though. We are close to the people we work with. There are no corporate hierarchies or polished presentations. It’s just us, a few desks, and the open air of Rajasthan. We do what we can with what we have in Badusar.
