We operate out of A-4 Yudhistahar Marg, right in the C Scheme area. It’s a bit different from the noisy industrial parks since this part of town has some greenery and nicer roads. The building is an older one, but it works for us. We handle international stuff, which mostly means a lot of phone calls and emails at weird hours because of the time zones. Sometimes I’m here late at night talking to people across the world while the street outside is finally quiet. Jaipur is a beautiful city, but when you’re stuck in an office staring at shipping documents, you don't always see the sights. Our office is a bit cluttered with samples and files. There’s a tea stall just down the road that everyone goes to around four. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything; you just walk in and see people working. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s filing or talking to the courier guy. The internet can be temperamental when the monsoon hits, which is a headache when you’re trying to track shipments. But we manage. It’s mostly just making sure things get from point A to point B without too much drama. People stop by sometimes just to drop off paperwork, and we usually offer them water and a seat. It’s just how we do things here.
