Sri Tara Agro Tech

Sri Tara Agro Tech is located at 20-Shanti Nagar. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, except when deliveries arrive. We work with stuff related to farming and agriculture technology. It’s not as high-tech as the name might sound, just practical tools that farmers actually need for their daily work. We see a lot of people coming in from the nearby villages. They tell us what’s wrong with their equipment or what they’re looking for to make the next harvest a bit easier. We spend a lot of time talking to them. It’s not just about selling something. Sometimes we just sit on the plastic chairs outside and discuss the weather or how the crops are doing this year. The office is a bit cramped because we have parts and boxes stacked everywhere. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy season, that's hard to do. My brother and I run the day-to-day stuff. We grew up around this kind of work, so it feels natural to us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the equipment we provide actually works when it gets out to the field. If a tractor part breaks or a pump isn't working, that's a big problem for a farmer. We understand that. So we do our bit here in Shanti Nagar. The sign outside is a little faded from the sun, but people know where we are. It's a decent way to make a living.
