You can find us at Plot Number 1 in Nanak Vihar, which is part of the Ram Nagar Extension near Swez Farm in Jaipur. It is a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s a quiet enough area compared to the main city center. We operate under a few different names like Software Technology Group and Bips Mancon, but mostly we just think of ourselves as the team at Genesis. The office is a decent space where we handle software and management stuff. Jaipur gets incredibly hot, so our main concern half the year is keeping the coolers running so we can actually focus on the code and the paperwork. We aren't a massive tech giant. We’re more of a local group that’s been around the Swez Farm area for a while. The vibe here is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. We just talk over the desks and get things sorted. Sometimes we have students coming in for training, and that adds a bit of life to the place. We don't have a shiny glass building or a big sign. We just have our work and this small spot in Nanak Vihar. It’s a practical setup for what we do. No bells and whistles, just a group of people working together in a corner of Jaipur to get the job done. It is just the way we like to operate.
