Sneha International

Sneha International is based over at F-295, Shyam Path in the Shyam Nagar Extension area. It’s a decent neighborhood, a bit quieter than the main city markets, which we really like for our work. We’ve been running things from here for a while now. The space is a mix of a small office and a little storage area in the back. We handle international trade, but don’t let the big name make you think we have a hundred employees running around. It’s just a small team, mostly just a few of us handling the emails and doing the packing ourselves. Sometimes the courier guy comes late in the evening, and we have to wait around for him to finish the day's dispatch. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s where we get our real work done. We deal with all sorts of different items depending on what our customers are looking for. Shyam Nagar Extension is a good spot because it’s easy for us to get to other parts of town when we need to. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising; most people find us through word of mouth or old connections we've had for years. There’s always a pot of tea going in the small kitchen we have in the corner. We spend a lot of time double-checking addresses and customs forms. It can be tedious work, but it’s what keeps the business going every month.
