If you’re ever walking through Indira Bazar near Ajmeri Gate, you’ll probably find yourself at Raisar Plaza. That’s where we are, at Plot No. T-26 B. It’s a very busy market area, especially for electronics and tech stuff. There’s always a crowd, and the noise from the street is something you just get used to after a few days. We’ve been operating Smart Techno from this spot for quite a while now. Our shop is packed with all sorts of things, and it can feel a bit crowded when we have a lot of stuff coming in. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s more of a practical workspace where we can handle repairs and talk to customers. Being near Ajmeri Gate is great because it’s such a central part of the city. We see all kinds of people coming through the plaza every day. It’s a fast-paced environment, and we have to stay on our toes to keep up with everything. Usually, we are busy from the moment we open the shutters until we close them at night. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; people mostly find us by walking past or hearing about us from someone else. We just focus on the work in front of us. It’s a lot of hands-on stuff, fixing things and making sure the tech is working like it should. It’s a noisy, busy, and hardworking life here in the bazar, but we wouldn't have it any other way. It keeps things interesting and we're used to the pace.
