Patron Security

We are based at Plot No. 48 in Pratap Nagar, which is part of the Shastri Nagar area. Patron Security has been around this neighborhood for a good while now. We aren't a massive security firm with thousands of people; we’re a smaller group that focuses on what’s right in front of us. Most of our work involves coordinating guards and making sure the sites we look after are covered. The office at Plot 48 is where all the scheduling happens. It’s a bit of a busy spot, with people coming in and out at different shift changes. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place to get the job done. We know the streets of Shastri Nagar quite well. Being local helps us understand what people are worried about when it comes to keeping their property safe. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated contracts. We just talk to people and figure out what they need. It’s practical work. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, especially when a new project starts up. We just keep our heads down and make sure the people we’re responsible for are taken care of. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but that’s the nature of security work. We’ve stayed in Pratap Nagar because it works for us and we like being near the people we serve. We just keep things moving and stay focused.
