Rawat Electronics

Our shop is tucked away on Kalyan Ji Ka Rasta, which is very close to Indira Bajar. It’s a narrow street, typical for this part of the city, so it feels very traditional. We’ve been running Rawat Electronics from this spot for quite some time. The area is always buzzing with people shopping or moving goods around. Our space is filled with all sorts of electronic components and gadgets we are working on. There is a small workbench at the back where most of the actual repair and assembly happens. It usually has a few soldering irons and meters scattered around. We don't have a lot of floor space, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in. We know most of our neighbors, and it’s common for people to pop their heads in just to say hello. We don't use any high-tech marketing or have a big flashy sign. It’s just a simple storefront where we do our work. Most of our days are spent fixing things or talking to people about what they need for their own projects. It gets quite hot in the summer months, so we have a couple of fans going all day. It’s a modest way to work, but it suits us just fine. We like being part of the local market scene here. It feels like we are right in the heart of the community every day.
