R B Telecom & Security Systems is located in Shop No.S-13 at Prabhat Tower. It’s a small shop, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. Being on Sikar Road means there is always dust and noise from the traffic, but it brings in a lot of walk-in customers. We are quite close to Khaitan Hospital, so if someone says they are near the hospital, we know they are almost at our door. The shelves are packed with different types of cameras, wires, and intercom sets. Half the time, the floor is covered in bits of cable because we are testing something out or preparing for an installation. It’s just how a repair and installation shop looks. We don't have a receptionist or anything; whoever is free just answers the phone or talks to whoever walks in. Sometimes we’re out on sites most of the day, so the shop might feel a bit empty with just one person left behind to mind the counter. The light in the hallway of Prabhat Tower flickers sometimes, which we keep meaning to fix but never get around to. We take our lunch breaks in shifts so the shop stays open for whoever might drop by. It’s a straightforward business. We know the other shop owners around here, and we often borrow tools or grab coffee together. It’s a decent community to be part of, and the work keeps us on our toes every single day.
