Sisodia Engineering Works

Sisodia Engineering Works is located at Plot No. 310 on Road No. 12 in Pratap Nagar. We are quite close to the bus stand, so it is a very busy area with people always coming and going. The shop is basically a large open space where we do all our mechanical work. We have latches, drills, and various other machines that have been with us for a long time. They are old but they still work perfectly fine. The floor is stained with oil and there are metal shavings in the corners. We don't really have a reception area; people just walk right in and talk to us while we are working. It can be quite loud when all the machines are running at once. We usually have the radio playing in the background, though you can barely hear it over the grinding sounds. Being near the bus stand means it is easy for people to find us, but the noise from the buses is constant. We do a lot of repair work and custom machining for locals and small businesses. It is just a handful of us working here, and we handle everything ourselves from taking orders to doing the actual labor. It is a simple setup and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. The bus stand nearby means there's always a smell of diesel in the air, but you stop noticing it after a while. We have a small locker for our tools that is probably older than most of the staff.
