Shubham Provision Store

This shop is located at A-208/A on the 80 Feet Road in Mahesh Nagar. It's a wide road, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the passing trucks and bikes. At Shubham Provision Store, we spend a lot of time just keeping the place running. It’s a grocery store, plain and simple. We have everything from rice and cooking oil to cleaning supplies and snacks. The shelves go all the way to the ceiling, so we use a small ladder quite often. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the front of the shop. We don’t have any air conditioning, just a couple of wall fans that move the warm air around. We try to keep the staples in stock so people don’t have to go far for their basic needs. Dealing with wholesalers is a big part of the job. Sometimes they bring the wrong items or the prices change suddenly. We just have to adjust. It's not a fancy life. We open early and stay open until late evening. The neighborhood depends on us for their daily milk and bread. We talk to the customers about the weather or the traffic while we bag their items. There is always something to do, like checking expiry dates or restocking the front bins. It's a steady routine that keeps us occupied from Monday to Sunday. We just keep moving and serving whoever walks through the door.
