Shrig Daily Mart Private Limited

Shrig Daily Mart is a small shop tucked away on Plot No. 35 in Akhil Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the Hotel Lalit near Malviya Nagar. It is a busy little spot in Jaipur. We started this mart because we saw that people in the neighborhood needed a place to get their daily things without driving too far. The shop isn't massive. We have shelves packed with everything from pulses to soap bars. Every morning, I open the shutters and the first thing I do is sweep the front because the Jaipur dust settles on everything overnight. We don't have a fancy computer system that does everything for us. I still write some things down in a notebook. We know the regular customers who come in for their milk or bread every single morning. Some of them stay for a few minutes just to talk about the cricket score or the local news. It’s a nice way to spend the day. Sometimes the vegetable supplier is late and we have to apologize to the ladies waiting for fresh tomatoes. It’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in the city. We just want to be the one that has what you need when you run out of sugar at dinner time. It’s a simple, honest mart for the people living right here in Akhil Nagar.
