Shri Shyam Engineering Work

Our workshop is at 3E in the Jhotwara Industrial Area. It is a place where we get our hands dirty every day. We do engineering work, which mostly involves welding, cutting, and fixing metal parts. There is always a smell of burnt metal and the sound of grinders in the air. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while. It’s a small shop, but we have the tools we need to get things done. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. People just come to the door and tell us what they need fixed. Sometimes it is a part for a machine, other times it is something for a construction project. We take our time to look at the problem and then we get to work. It isn't always fast because we want to make sure the weld holds or the piece fits right. Some days are more frustrating than others when a machine breaks down or a material doesn't behave like it should. We just keep at it. We aren't interested in being a big corporation. We like being a local shop where people can come and get an honest answer about their repair. Working in Jhotwara means we are surrounded by other shops doing similar things. We just focus on our bench and the work in front of us. It is a simple life, but it keeps us busy and out of trouble.
