Shri Brijwasi Kirana Store

Shri Brijwasi Kirana Store is sitting right here on Swarn Path in Mansarovar, at the 30/13/4 address. This is a quiet residential area mostly, which is nice compared to the main city markets. We opened up this shop to sell the basic things people need every day, like bags of flour, lentils, cooking oil, and some snacks for the kids. The shelves are packed pretty tight from floor to ceiling because we try to keep a bit of everything in stock. You can usually find me behind the counter weighing out sugar or pulses into small plastic bags. It’s a routine that I’ve grown to like over the years. We get the same people coming in every morning for their milk and bread, so we’ve become friends with a lot of the families around here. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a local spot where you can grab what you forgot to buy at the big supermarket. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow path for a bit while we unload the crates, but the neighbors are patient. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. It’s just a place to get your groceries and maybe chat for a minute about the weather or the local news. We keep our own hours and try to stay open until the last few people finish their work and head home. It feels good to be a part of the daily life.
