Our office is up on the 4th floor of Sun N Moon Chambers, right by Ajmer Pulia. Shri Balaji Brewing And Distillery Private Limited occupies rooms 411 and 412. Being in a building like Sun N Moon means there are always people coming and going. The elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch hour or when everyone is leaving, but the view from the fourth floor is actually alright. We handle the administrative side of the brewery and distillery from this office. It is mostly computers, phones, and stacks of files on the desks. Since we are near Ajmer Pulia, the traffic noise from the street outside is constant, but you get used to it after a while. It is a central spot which makes it convenient for meetings with suppliers or folks from the government. We do not have a tasting room or anything like that here; this is strictly the business end of things. The rooms are a bit cramped when every member of the staff is in at once, but we make it work for us. We have been at this location for some time now and it serves its purpose. It is a practical workspace for managing a distillery business without any extra fluff or expensive decorations. We just focus on the work that needs doing.
