Our office is at Plot No 407 in the Surya Nagar area of Jaipur. We have been working here in Gopalpura for a while now. The business is about real estate and running resorts. It is a bit of a mix. Sometimes we are looking at plots of land and other times we are dealing with guest rooms. We are not a big corporate firm with a lot of fancy offices. It is just a local setup where we get things done. Being in Scheme No 10 means we see a lot of the local growth happening right outside our door. Jaipur is getting bigger every year. We spend most of our time on the phone or meeting people who want to buy or lease something. It is not always easy work. There is a lot of paperwork and rules to follow. We just try to be straightforward with everyone. If a property is good, we say so. If there is a problem, we try to fix it. Our team is small and we all live nearby. We do not have any big slogans. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done. The resort side of things keeps us busy during the holiday seasons. It can get quite hectic then. We just manage the day-to-day tasks and try to keep things moving forward. That is basically who we are and what we do at this address.
