Shree Jagdamba Engineering Works

Here at Shree Jagdamba Engineering Works, we spend our days at 1D-37 in Khatipura. Specifically, we are in the Tara Nagar section near Khirani Phata. It is a workshop where we handle all sorts of mechanical tasks and engineering jobs. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and oil, and there is always the sound of a lathe or a drill running in the background. It is not a place for someone who likes to keep their hands clean. I started this place because I enjoy working with my hands and fixing things that others might just throw away. We have a few machines that have been with us since the beginning, and they still run better than some of the newer stuff. The neighborhood is a mix of homes and small shops, so we know most of the people who live around Khirani Phata. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a big project taking up the middle of the floor. We do not have a big marketing department or a website that looks professional. Most people find us by word of mouth or by just seeing the sign outside when they are passing through Khatipura. I usually wear my overalls all day and keep a rag in my pocket for the grease. It is just how we operate here. We focus on the machines and making sure the work is solid before it leaves the shop.
