Shivansh Resorts and Hotels LLP is tucked away in the V.K.I. Area of Jaipur. If you're looking for us, we are at F-384 on Road No. 9. The industrial area isn't exactly where you'd expect to find a hospitality group, but it works for us. It’s practical. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of our resorts from this office. It’s a dusty part of Jaipur, but it’s home for the business. We are a small group, just an LLP, so there’s no corporate ladder to climb here. We just talk to each other and get things done. Some of us have been in this business for years, and others are just learning the ropes. We don't use any big words to describe our work. We just run hotels. The 302013 area is mostly workshops and factories, so we fit right in with the working-class vibe of the neighborhood. It’s not a shiny glass building. It’s just a regular office where we handle bookings, staff issues, and maintenance schedules. Sometimes the internet goes down or the tea run takes too long, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in Rajasthan. We just want to do our part and keep our properties in good shape. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up to a full day of work. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell. We spend our mornings looking at lists and our afternoons on the phone. It's nothing fancy, just keeping things going day by day as best we can.
