Satyam Solutions

We are located over in Sodala at Shiv Colony. The shop for Satyam Solutions is at Plot No. 120, and we actually use Shop Number 2 and 3. Having two side-by-side spots helps because we can keep the messy repair work in one and the cleaner parts in the other. Ram Nagar is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. We do a lot of different technical stuff. People call it solutions but really it is just fixing things that break and setting up new gear. We work on computers, some security stuff, and other electronics that people use every day. It is just a regular local shop. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it is just one of us sitting at the bench with a soldering iron or out at a customer’s place trying to figure out why their network is not working. We have been in Shiv Colony for a while now, so the neighbors know us. The shop is not anything fancy to look at, just shelves full of components and tools. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is just junk. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to come in from the bigger suppliers. That is just the way it works when you are a small outfit in Sodala. We just keep at it, one job at a time, until the work is finished.
