Jhanwar Exports

Jhanwar Exports is located right near the railway station in Sardar Shahr. Being so close to the station means we hear the trains all day and night. You get used to the loud whistling and the rumbling after working here for a few days. It is actually quite helpful for us to be so close to the transport links for our work. Our building is a bit old and the paint is fading on the outside. Jhanwar Exports is just a small team of us working together. We do not have a big fancy sign hanging up. We just have our name painted on the door. The interior is very simple. We have some heavy wooden tables and a few metal cupboards for our files. The floor is made of stone and stays cool even when it is very hot outside. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to people on the phone. Sardar Shahr is a busy town, and being near the station puts us right in the middle of all the action. There is always someone moving around outside our window. We get a lot of dust from the trains, so we have to wipe down our desks pretty often. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We grab snacks from the vendors at the station when we are hungry.
