Our office for Samtel Group Of Companies is situated at 22, Officers Campus, along Sirsi Road here in Jaipur. It’s a fairly straightforward place to work. The campus has a bit of a professional feel to it, being an officers' area, but our daily routine is pretty down to earth. We show up, park the bikes, and get straight into the day’s tasks. Sirsi Road has changed a lot over the years, getting busier and busier, but our little corner stays mostly the same. Inside, it’s just the usual office gear—desks, chairs, some old cabinets filled with records, and the smell of coffee in the morning. We deal with various company matters from this branch. It’s not one of those places with a fancy lounge or modern art on the walls. We just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we have to wait on a delivery, but we manage. The team is small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't spend time on long meetings about goals; we just look at what needs finishing and do it. Being in Jaipur, we’ve learned to work around the heat and the power cuts. It’s a local business through and through, even with a name like ours. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand.
