Rukomat Kisan Producer Company Limited is located in the Bhadesar area of Chittorgarh district. We are based out of Bansentehsil, specifically at Kanhaiya Lal Vaishnav’s place. Being a producer company means we are owned by the farmers themselves. There are no outside bosses telling us what to do. We are just a bunch of neighbors in Chittorgarh who realized that we have more power when we stand together. The work is not easy. Farming in this region has its own set of challenges, from the rocky soil to the unpredictable weather. Our office is just a simple space where we store our records and hold our meetings. It is often loud with everyone talking at once, but that is just how we are. We focus on getting our crops ready for sale and making sure we get the equipment we need without paying too much. We aren't here to become millionaires; we are just here to make sure our kids can keep farming if they want to. We share our knowledge and our tools whenever someone is in a fix. It is a very old-fashioned way of doing business, based on trust and knowing who your neighbors are. We don't use any fancy words to describe ourselves. We are just kisan, farmers, and we are proud of the work we do in the fields every day.
