Rose Creation

We are tucked inside Mathroi Market, right near the Fridge Emporium on Ajmer Road. It’s a lively spot, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping for their homes. Our little place, Rose Creation, is at number 13. It’s not a very big shop, so we have to be smart about how we stack our materials. Most days, the floor is covered in scraps of fabric and threads because we’re always in the middle of making something. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to handle the machines and the needles. The market can get pretty loud with people bargaining next door, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a fancy display window; instead, we just hang a few of our latest pieces near the entrance so people can see them as they walk past. The light in here isn't the best, so we use a lot of desk lamps to see the fine details of our work. Sometimes customers come in with an idea of what they want, and we sit down with a pencil and paper to figure it out together. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't have a corporate office or a marketing team. It's just a workshop where we put things together as best as we can. We like being part of the market and seeing the regulars.
