R.G. Impex

R.G. Impex is located at 1252, right in the middle of Khow Walo Ka Chowk. If you know the lanes of Gopal Ji Ka Rasta, you know how narrow and winding they can be. It is a very old part of the city, and our building reflects that. The walls are thick, and the stairs are a bit steep, but it has been our base for a long time. It’s a very busy area with merchants and shoppers everywhere, so there is never a quiet moment. We spend our days handling various imports and exports, mostly sitting amongst stacks of samples and ledgers. The light in the shop isn't great, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you aren't familiar with the chowk. We don't bother with fancy displays because most of our work is done through established contacts. Sometimes we just sit outside on the stoop to catch a bit of air and watch the world go by. It’s a traditional way of doing business, where your word matters more than a glossy brochure. There’s a lot of history in these streets, and we feel like a small part of that. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just making sure our daily tasks are finished and the customers are satisfied with what we provide. It’s a steady pace that suits us just fine.
