Our office for Rajendra Exim Pvt Ltd is in Bani Park. We are situated on Kanti Chandra Road at A 27/13. It’s a relatively quiet part of town compared to the main markets. We do export and import work from here. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and dealing with customs agents and shipping lines. The house where we work is an older one, which gives it a bit of character. We use the ground floor mostly for the business. There’s always someone coming in with a delivery or a document that needs a signature. We don’t put on airs here. We just drink our tea and get through the pile of work on our desks. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait around, but that’s just life. We’ve been on Kanti Chandra Road for a long time. The neighbors know us as the people who are always busy with boxes. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have a big corporate sign out front, just a small one by the gate. We keep it simple and focus on the logistics of moving goods. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We don’t have any slick presentations. We just show the work we’ve done and talk to people directly. It’s a very practical way of doing things that has worked for us through the years.
