Universal India Exims

Our office is located at D-9/176 Chitrakoot, on Govind Marg in Vaishali Nagar. It’s a nice enough area, though it can get pretty congested with cars and people during the peak hours. At Universal India Exims, we spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork and logistics of moving goods around. It’s a lot of phone calls, emails, and tracking shipments to make sure everything is where it needs to be. We don't have a massive warehouse attached to this spot; it’s more of a hub where the planning happens. Vaishali Nagar is a busy part of town, and being on Govind Marg puts us right in the middle of everything. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We are just a small team of people who understand how export and import work. It can be a bit stressful when a shipment is delayed or things don't go according to plan, but we’ve learned to take it in stride. We don't use any fancy jargon to describe what we do. We just help move products from one place to another. Our office is a simple space with desks and computers, and maybe a few samples of the things we deal with scattered around. We’ve been in Chitrakoot for a while, and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It feels like a real community, and we’re just glad to be a small part of it.
