Reena Boutique

Reena Boutique is located at C- 81 Ajad Marg in the Chomu House area. It’s a nice part of town, though it can get quite busy with traffic. We have a small shop where we do tailoring and design work. Inside, you’ll find rolls of silk and cotton and many different threads. There are usually a couple of us working on machines near the back. We don't have a big polished storefront. It’s more of a personal space where people come to get things made. We spend a lot of time looking at patterns and talking about fit. Sometimes customers bring their own ideas and we try to make them work. It’s not always perfect, but we try our best. The walls are covered with sketches and bits of lace. We've been here for a while, so many of the ladies in the neighborhood know us. We don't have a fancy marketing plan. Most people just see the sign or hear about us from a friend. The shop gets a bit cluttered with half-finished outfits and fabric scraps. That’s just the nature of the work. We enjoy picking out colors and seeing a dress come together. It’s a lot of sitting and focused work. When it gets too hot, we just have some cold water and keep going. It’s just a small local boutique doing its thing every day. We hope people like what we make for them.
