Eastern Systems & Appliances is situated at 3/572 in Malviya Nagar. We’re directly opposite the Sector 3 RSEB office, which is how most people find us. We work on all kinds of home appliances and systems that people use every day. Our shop is often full of parts and tools because there’s always something that needs fixing. It’s a bit of a lived-in space, and it definitely looks like people work here. We aren't interested in having a shiny showroom; we’d rather have the right tools to get the repairs done. Malviya Nagar is a good spot for us, and being near the RSEB office means there’s always activity around. We spend our time diagnosing why a machine won't start or replacing parts that have worn out. It’s a hands-on job, and our hands are usually a bit greasy by the end of the shift. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. Customers usually bring their stuff in, or we head out to their houses if the appliance is too big to carry. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just look at the machine, figure out what’s wrong, and try to fix it. It’s a simple business, and we like keeping it that way. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or just pass by the Rseb Office. We don't have a fancy website or a social media manager. It is just us and our tools.
