Rakesh Maharshi

Rakesh Maharshi is found at D-48 in Civil Lines, specifically near the Pital Factory in the Bani Park area on Hathibabu Marg. This is one of those spots in Jaipur where the old city meets the new. The Pital Factory is a big landmark, so most people do not have trouble finding us. The office is on a busy corner where the traffic from Hathibabu Marg can get a bit loud during rush hour. It is a lively place to work. We see all sorts of people passing by every day. The building itself is a solid, older structure with thick walls that keep the heat out pretty well. Inside, it is a bit of a maze with different rooms for different tasks. We have piles of ledgers and some old computers that still work just fine. It is not a fancy glass-and-steel office. It is more of a place where people have worked for years and everything has its own spot, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We usually have tea delivered from the shop across the street twice a day. The atmosphere is very casual. We know the local shopkeepers and the guys at the factory nearby. It is a real, working-class part of town, and we fit right in with the daily hustle of the neighborhood. It is a good spot.
