Rajtech Agro Plantations Pvt. Ltd. is located over at C 30 Lajpat Marg in the C Scheme area. It’s a busy part of town but we managed to find a spot that works for us. Most days here start early with a lot of phone calls to the farms and checking on how the saplings are doing. We deal with plantations, which means a lot of worrying about the weather and the soil quality. It’s not always easy work, especially when the monsoon is late or the heat gets too much, but we’ve been doing this for a bit now. People think working in agro means you’re always out in a field, but being in C Scheme means a lot of the paperwork happens here too. We have a small team, just a few of us who know the business well enough to keep things moving. We don't really have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just an office where we coordinate the logistics of getting plants where they need to go. Sometimes the neighbors ask what we actually do, and I just tell them we help things grow. It’s a simple way to put it, I guess. The address is easy to find if you know the landmark, and there's usually a bit of traffic outside. We just stay focused on the day's tasks, making sure the orders are sorted and the plantation managers have what they need. It's a living, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
