Rajesh Kala

Working out of 77/58 in Mansarovar is a lot quieter than being in the middle of the city markets. Rajesh Kala is located right behind the Tagore NRI International School, so we hear the school bells and the kids playing during their breaks. It’s a residential area, which makes the vibe a lot more relaxed and personal. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights or a lot of employees. Most of the work is handled right here in a small space that we’ve set up. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, with a simple desk and a few chairs for when people come to visit. We don't spend money on big advertising campaigns or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people find us. The day usually starts early before the school traffic picks up, and things stay pretty steady until the afternoon. Sometimes we take a walk in the lanes nearby just to clear our heads. It is a very practical way of doing things, and we like being in this part of Mansarovar because it is away from the main road noise. We don't have any grand mission statements or polished speeches. We just do our work, talk to our neighbors, and keep things running as best as we can without making things too complicated. Most days are just about focusing on the specific tasks at hand and finishing before the evening sets in.
