Rajendra Kirana & General Store

We have been here at Hinda Ki Mori for a while now. The shop is right near the Gurudwara Mandir in Ramganj Bazar. It gets busy in the mornings when people come for their daily things. I spend a lot of time just moving sacks around and making sure we have enough oil and flour for everyone who comes by. Sometimes the fans don't work right and it gets hot, but that is just how it is. We keep the usual stuff like soap, pulses, and some snacks for the kids. My hands are usually dusty from handling the grain bags all day long. Rajendra Kirana & General Store isn't a big fancy place with glass doors or anything like that. It is just a regular shop where we know most people who walk through the door by their first names. We open up pretty early before the sun gets too high and stay until the bazar starts to quiet down in the evening. There is always something to do, like checking the stocks or cleaning the counter. The shelves are a bit crowded because we try to fit everything people might ask for. It is a lot of work to keep track of every little item but it keeps us busy. People stop by to talk for a minute while they wait for their rice to be weighed. It is just a normal life here in Ramganj Bazar, nothing too special but it is ours.
